CC Euro Rolly
Low-noise display unit
The CC Euro Rolly is a rolling ½ pallet with rubber wheels
and a plastic deck. It has been designed specifically for low-noise
distribution of crates and cardboard displays. Tests by TNO (Netherlands
Organization for Applied Scientific Research) confirm that the CC
Euro Rolly emits below 60 dB(A) when in use. It therefore qualifies
for the Dutch PIEK certificate and may be used for quiet, night-time
deliveries.
Night-time distribution benefits
Being able to distribute goods at night-time can help reduce daytime
road congestion and therefore it can help improve journey times
and fuel economy for transporters, improve stock turn-around, and
reduce CO2 and NOX emissions in local areas.
Both manual and automated handling
The neutral-looking and handy CC Euro Rolly easily allows you to
wheel goods from the stock room into the store – no pump truck
required. Even when the store is crowded, your popular products
can always be quickly replenished. At the same time, the CC Euro
Rolly also meets market demands for maximum handling width with
automated equipment.

The CC Euro Rolly fulfils the Dutch PIEK criteria for maxi- mum
noise levels for quiet night-time deliveries.
- Maximised handling width between wheels. With
a handling width of 595 mm between the wheels on the long side,
the CC Euro Rolly can accommodate a wide range of automatic pallet
lifters.
- Easy to handle. The low-weight plastic deck
and swivel wheels make the CC Euro Rolly ergonomi- cally friendly.
- High-quality, long-lasting load carrier. The
CC Euro Rolly has steel reinforcements under the deck to provide
a strong and stable product with low repair and maintenance costs.
It can carry an evenly distributed load of 400 kg.
- Standard European dimensions. With a footprint
corresponding to a ½ Euro Pallet, the CC Euro Rolly fits
with standard European modular packaging.
- RFID labels. The CC Euro Rolly has 4 x RFID
labels to facilitate registration and Track & Trace in product
flows from producer to retailer.
- Stackable. The CC Euro Rolly can be easily
stacked to reduce storage volume for the return transport.
- Recyclable components. All parts can be recycled.
